I’ve decided to take on a challenge not only for myself but for every young person with mental illness. I’m not only doing this for young people but for everyone I know that is diagnosed or is challenged with mental health. 1543 young people are diagnosed with a mental illness everyday.
I’m rising up to do 1543 burpees in 17 days to raise money for young people and their mental struggles.
Everyone knows how hard a burpee is let alone 1543 of them. It’s challenging mentally and physically. But I’m willing to put my body on the line.
During this time in lock down/COVID everyone’s mental health was at its peak, I know mine was as well. Exercise is an escape from the world for most and happiness for all. So I really want to do this challenge on behalf of everyone that I know that suffers with the challenges of mental health.
I want to try and raise $2000 and even more with Orygen. With your help I’d love to make this achieveable, share it with your friends and family, the smallest amount would mean the world but don’t feel like you have to, your support is enough! Please use my link to donate and share!
