I'm fundraising for the 1534 young people diagnosed with mental illness every day.

Every day 1534 young people are diagnosed with a mental illness. That's why I'm trying to raise $1534 by doing 1534 burpees over two weeks in October (more than 100 per day)

Three in four Australians will experience a mental health challenge by the time they turn 25. Orygen is the world's largest youth mental health organisation dedicated and focused on giving young people the futures they deserve. After Covid lockdowns this has become even more important.

That’s why this October I'm doing my part by joining the Burpee Bounce Back Challenge – I'll be helping my own mental health by increasing my physical activity and helping Orygen

Thursday 14th Oct

Did 9x4 burpees plus 20 each of thrusters, sumo high pull, push jerk, OH squat and front squat @42.5 kg.

4 practice them 6x10 EMOM after for 100 total ‘🤢😤

Tuesday 12th Oct

20 min with 10 sets of 10 alternating with other squat/ stenches in between

First 100 burpees completed

Monday 11th Oct

Did 5 sets of 20 burpees in 1 min rounds with 1 min of Power Snatch (5x70kg) then 1 min rest over 15 mins. Exhausting combo!
