Three in four Australians will experience a mental health challenge by the time they turn 25. Orygen works with young people, their families and friends, to develop new, positive approaches to preventing and treating mental disorders.

It’s been a challenging year for us all, and most of us could probably use some help in bouncing back towards a more positive state of mind.

That’s why this October I'm joining the Burpee Bounce Back Challenge – I'll be helping my own mental health by increasing my physical activity, and helping others by fundraising for mental health research so that young Aussies whose mental health isn’t going great can bounce back too.

Please help me by giving whatever you can. The more people that know about Orygen, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!

Day 7

Wednesday 21st Oct
Worked my way through 300 Burpees today. Very happy with how im doing them. Although the lazt few are a little dusty.

Monday 19th Oct
Only got through 100 Burpees, today. But still well ahead of schedule. Looking to put up a big number tomorrow. Cheers & thanks again for the support.

Saturday 17th Oct
Good morning completed 200 Burpees this morning. As part of a circuit 1 x Power sled push, 1 x 45kg Smash ball carry, 10 x Burpees x 15 & 50 Frog jump Burpees. Thanks everyone  for the ongoing support & donations. Enjoy your Saturday.😀

Friday 16th Oct
Huge thank you to everyone that has help raise over a $1000. So far for this great cause. Got through 300 Burpees today. 200 before school drop + another 100 after.

Got through 250 Burpees today. Pretty happy with that. Thanks again for the donations & support.

Wednesday 14th Oct
Oops Johnson  thought it started on the 15/10/20. But it starts today. So had to race down to Worldgym Mackay(Awesome place) at 9pm & punch out some Burpees. Got through 200, so it's a good start. Thanks again to everyone that has donated so far & for your ongoing help support of this cause. See you tomorrow.😁
